Upcycle: Stained Dress to Skirt

Day 14/31:

E's dress still fit but sadly had gotten stained and I couldn't get it out.



Bummer.



So I cut off most of the top, stitched it up with some elastic, and made it into a skirt so she can continue to love it for a while.
